**(Jika ada pengalaman Farmasi/Kedai/Peruncitan dan Klinik dialu-alukan)**
**Pendidikan : Boleh memahami dan membaca bahasa inggeris mudah**
**Syarat lain : Tiada masalah kesihatan mental & fizikal**

**Tugasan/tanggungjawab**
- Membantu pelanggan setiap masa dengan baik dan mesra
- Membantu pelangan dengan mesra dalam memberikan maklumat produk/perubatan dari segi ubat/supplement
- Memastikan produk sedia ada dan paparan produk dalam keadaan baik dan mengamalkan FEFO dan FIFO dalam inventori
- Terima barang masuk dan menyimpan barang dan terlibat dalam kawalan dan pengurusan stok
- Bertanggungjawab dalam memberi maklumbalas kepada pertanyaan dan aduan
- Memastikan tag harga dilekatkan pada produk dan kenal pasti promosi produk terkini dipamerkan dengan baik
- Bertanggungjawab mengedalikan mesin pembayaran tunai dan kad
- Memastikan kedai dalam keadaan bersih dan kawalan keselamatan terjaga

**Duties/responsibilities (Training Provided)**
- Attends and assists customer, provide product information, find product they are looking for and advice and guidance on product selection
- Ensures product visibility and product display and practice FEFO and FIFO on inventory
- Receives incoming goods and stores the delivery and involves in stock control and management
- Respond and responsible to deal with customer enquiries or complaint and referring the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary
- Attaches prices tags and keeps up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
- Responsible for processing cash and card payment and balancing cash register with receipt

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
