- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular training sessions on Halal practices and customer service.

**Customer Service**:

- Foster a customer-focused environment by ensuring staff provides excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns regarding Halal practices with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels of Halal ingredients and coordinate with suppliers.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and presentation of Halal dishes.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistency in taste and portion sizes.
- Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with Halal requirements.

**Menu Development**:

- Collaborate with chefs to create and update a diverse and appealing Halal menu.
- Stay informed about current trends in Halal cuisine to enhance the restaurant's offerings.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on local regulations related to Halal food service and ensure the restaurant's compliance.
- Maintain records and documentation related to Halal certification.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant's Halal offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials emphasizing the Halal aspect.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma Or Bachelor in Food Service (Halal Practice)
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a focus on Halal cuisine.
- Knowledge of Halal certification standards and practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of local health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
