**Position Title**: F&B Outlet Supervisor
**Location**: Esthetics International Group Berhad, Bukit Jelutong
**Reports To**: Operation Manager / Executive Chef

**Key Responsibilities**
- **1. Outlet Operations**_
- Oversee the daily operations of the cafeteria, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction for 150-200 pax daily.
- Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- **2. Food Service & Quality**_
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality standards and portion control guidelines.
- Address and resolve customer feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and timely meal service.
- **3. Inventory & Cost Control**_
- Manage stock levels, including daily usage, requisitions, and storage of raw materials and supplies.
- Conduct regular stock checks and minimize wastage to control food costs.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inventory movements.
- **4. Team Supervision & Training**_
- Lead, motivate, and supervise outlet staff to ensure efficiency and teamwork.
- Provide on-the-job training to staff on service standards, hygiene practices, and safety procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and report to management for further action if required.
- **5. Event Support & Decorations**_
- Plan, coordinate, and support small-scale events, functions, or gatherings held within the cafeteria premises.
- Oversee event setup, including food counters, buffet layouts, and dining arrangements.
- Handle event decorations and ensure presentation standards align with customer expectations.
- Work with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- **5. Reporting & Administration**_
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, attendance, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including health & safety and HR procedures.
- Assist in coordinating audits, inspections, and management visits.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in cafeteria or high-volume catering.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a small team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service timelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
