**Project Executive**
Sungai Buloh, Selangor

**Responsibilities**:

- To plan and supervise projects from beginning to completion.
- In charge of overall installation works at the project site.
- Coordinate with the client with regards to the variation order.
- Coordinate the test and commissioning with the client and authorities.
- Able to produce projects progress reporting, proposed work method statement, construction schedule, presentation on work progress report and to attend meetings related to all company’s projects.
- Work closely with other consultants, suppliers and subcontractor towards accomplishing targeting deadlines and milestone.
- Liaise internally with different department e.g. Design, Marketing, Finance and Production.
- Responsible in coordination defect liability servicing and after sales service.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent / Landscape
- Exposure in construction works is a prerequisite.
- Playground, landscape and design coordination experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office software e.g. Excel, Words
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Mature/ highly driven with the ability to manage a project including project cost control, quality assurance, etc.
- Capable of supervising multiple projects in a fast paced environment and meet tight schedules.
- A matured individual, with high degree of initiative and independence, & with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Travel may be required, where necessary.
- Must possess valid driving license.
