**Syarat-syarat kelayakan**:

- Berumur 21-30 tahun
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bahagian _'sales & customer service' _sekurang-kurangnya setahun
- Mempunyai kemahiran komukasi, penyelesaian masalah, pengurusan masa, dan
- Bersedia belajar berkenaan produk & menyediakan perkhidmatan terbaik yang baik kepada pelanggan

**Skop Kerja**:
**1. Menjual Produk**
- Memperkenalkan dan menjual produk kepada pelanggan baru dan sedia ada.
- Mengenal pasti prospek dan pelanggan berpotensi serta membina hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan.

**2. Memahami Keperluan Pelanggan**:

- Mengenal pasti keperluan dan kehendak pelanggan untuk mencadangkan produk yang paling sesuai.

**3. Mencapai Sasaran Jualan**
- Bekerja untuk mencapai atau melebihi sasaran jualan yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat.

**4. Mengira Stok**
- Mengira stok pagi & petang mengikut jadual yang telah ditetapkan

**5. Mengendalikan Aduan dan Pertanyaan Pelanggan**:

- Menjawab panggilan, e-mel, atau mesej dari pelanggan yang memerlukan bantuan atau mempunyai aduan.
- Menyelesaikan masalah atau isu yang dihadapi oleh pelanggan dengan cepat dan efisien.

**6. Memberi Maklumat Produk**:

- Memberi penerangan terperinci mengenai produk kepada pelanggan dan menjawab segala pertanyaan pelanggan dengan baik.

**7. Memastikan Kepuasan Pelanggan**:

- Memastikan setiap pelanggan berpuas hati dengan produk atau servis yang diterima.
- Buat tinjauan kepuasan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kualiti perkhidmatan.

**8. Menguruskan Akaun Pelanggan**:

- Mengemas kini dan menyelenggara maklumat akaun pelanggan, termasuk perubahan alamat, no. telefon atau maklumat pembayaran.

**9. Bekerjasama dengan department lain**
- Berkolaborasi dengan bahagian pemasaran, teknikal, atau logistik untuk menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan atau mempromosikan produk kepada pelanggan.
