**The Opportunity**

Our partner, an industry leader providing exceptional strata, facilities, and onsite building management services in different states of Australia, is looking for a Property Management Coordinator****

The Property Management Coordinator needs to support the Facilities Team Leader and the broader team to ensure that the team is delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service, and will be based with the Kuala Lumpur team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for liaising with Strata Managers, Building Managers, Facility Managers.
- Supporting service providers/contractors to ensure that the scheduling of repairs, servicing, any preventative maintenance contract requirements, and any projects relating to the smooth running of the common property assets of buildings under management, are carried out within guidelines and timeframes.
- Provide various reports as directed by the Facility Team Leader and Senior Management from time to time.
- Filing of Documentation including service reports, work orders
- Assist with managing trades and work on insurance claims if required.
- Monitor the department inbox.
- Request quotes as required from various suppliers and contractors etc.
- Monitor and manage work orders through to completion of the works or supply of the goods.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are always kept updated on the progress of all maintenance matters.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Coordinator, Property Management, or similar role
- General knowledge on using property management and strata management software or portal (e.g. BuildingLink, PIQ)
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Excellent English fluency and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Has organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for other
- People and results-oriented
