JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Close collaboration with Sales & Operations (S&O), retailers, Network and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and site readiness.
- Conduct site scoping and engage with AO for scope of work. Review layout after scoping and engage with AO for layout approval. Issue Letter of Offer (LOO) and manage handover processes. Follow up on site progress updates and prepare site readiness after completion. Engage TM/Retailer for shop upgrade upfront fee payment
- Review layout prior to approval from Format Planner, F&A Manager. Conduct due diligence with AO on retailer readiness for upfront fee and site readiness. Issue LOOs if required and follow up on site progress updates. Prepare site readiness prior to site OTP. Engage Retailer for shop upgrade upfront fee payment Manage handover processes.

Issue CRA & Addendum/Letter of Offer (LOO) and manage handover processes. Follow up on site progress updates and prepare site readiness after completion. Engage TM/Retailer for shop upgrade upfront fee payment
- Collect and prepare DO VTF & FF. Collect and prepare DO manual sales reports. Prepare upfront fee payments and conduct bi-annual VTF reviews.
- To support the current resources on ad-hoc projects e.g. Project Titan if only required Assist retailers/AO with store space changes/inquiries. Assist with YLTC account creation if needed. Conduct bi-weekly meetings (MHT) and follow up on pending items from completed sites.
