**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist the head chef in planning and directing food preparation
- Ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality service
- Train new kitchen staff and ensure ongoing training and development for all team member
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of food items
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Assist in developing and updating the menu, including daily specials
- Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively
- Assist in managing kitchen expenses, controlling food costs, and minimizing waste

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- At least SPM holder
- At least 3 years of chef experience & three years of experience in Mandarin cuisine
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- A genuine interest in cooking and a desire to continuously improve culinary skills
- Ability to contribute to menu development and create innovative dishes
- Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments
- Ability to lead and motivate the kitchen staff, manage team dynamics, and delegate tasks effectively
- Efficiently managing time and resources in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to grow Non Muslim due to business nature (Non-halal)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
