**Tanggungjawab Utama**:

- Menghubungi prospek melalui telefon untuk mempromosikan produk/servis syarikat.
- Menjalankan panggilan susulan dan menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dengan profesional.
- Mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
- Menyimpan rekod perbualan dan maklumat pelanggan dengan teratur (CRM).
- Memberi maklum balas dan laporan berkala kepada ketua jabatan tentang prestasi jualan.

**Kelayakan & Kemahiran**:

- Minimum **Diploma/Ijazah** dalam bidang Pemasaran, Komunikasi, Perniagaan atau berkaitan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam **Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris**.
- Berpersonaliti mesra, yakin dan boleh bekerja secara individu atau berkumpulan.
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam jualan/telesales merupakan satu kelebihan (tetapi bukan keperluan).
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan capai target.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers by phone to promote the company’s products or services.
- Perform follow-up calls and professionally respond to customer inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information using CRM.
- Provide regular feedback and sales reports to the department head.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Good communication skills in **Bahasa Melayu and English**.
- Friendly and confident personality, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in sales or telesales is an advantage (but not required).
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
