**Monitoring Office Supplies**: Keep track of office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and reorder supplies as necessary. Provide regular reports on stock levels to management.
- **Preparing and Updating Documentation**: Assist in the preparation and updating of receiving, shipping, and warehouse documentation. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.
- **Maintaining Documentation**: Establish and maintain a proper filing and archiving system for all documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
- **Maintaining Workplace Order**: Implement and uphold good housekeeping practices and the 7S methodology in the workplace to ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
- **Providing Backup Support**: Be prepared to cover or assist other team members with their tasks in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations and workflow.
- **Liaising with External Parties**: Communicate effectively with external parties on matters related to the organization, such as suppliers, clients, or regulatory agencies.
- **Supporting Other Duties**: Assist in various ad-hoc or special tasks assigned by the immediate superior, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team objectives.
