**Job description**:
1. Assist in preparing full set of accounts including General Ledger and necessary financial reports;
2. Manage all accounts payable (AP) related activities, prepare and process daily suppliers' invoices and payment transactions;
3. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement;
4. Responsible for management of petty cash;
5. Handling daily receipts processing functions;
6. Handle daily data entry using Accounting System;
7. To handle other ad-hoc tasks and duties as when assigned by Superior.

**Job Requirements**:
2. Able to handle full set accounts with knowledge in Accounting Software
3. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint
