1. Responsible for day-to-day operation of a store.

2. To supervise warehouse daily operation as compliance to ISO requirement.

3. Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

5. Familiar with location of materials in order to locate and to issue the requisitioned materials on time and of the right quantities.

6. Issue materials as per approved procedures and to ensure quantities of materials issued are according to Material Requisition Chit (MRC)

7. Ensure Issuance Verification Form (IVF) is raised and issued, keep track on the IVF document movement accordingly.

9. Always ensure materials and goods stored with ease of access and optimization of time and efforts in material handling.

10. Implement and maintain a filing system that ensures Goods Issued and other documents are preserved and easily retrieved.

11. Coordinate and participate in special and scheduled stock counts as required.

12. Implement relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures in the warehouse.

13. Ensure safety measures are taken for the safety of the store building, materials in the store and the men working in the store.

14. Receives and issues of papers, consumables, control of stock keeping units of incoming and outgoing goods.

15. To train, develop and motivate subordinates.

16. To ensure 5S are always practice and carried out in warehouse.

17. To coordinate with Distribution Department for delivery services.

18. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Management

Job Required:
Education and working experience required:
Minimum Diploma in Store Management or equivalent with at least 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in Store Management or experience in handling of paper stock or in a warehouse.

Skills and knowledge required:
1. Must be PC literate

2. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

3. Good leadership qualities, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
