We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Assistant Project Manager** to support our project and site operations. This position will play a vital role in assisting the project team to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient completion of interior fit-out and renovation projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily project activities.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work is executed according to schedule, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and workmanship standards.
- Manage material delivery schedules, usage tracking, and inventory at project sites.
- Assist in cost estimation, procurement of materials, and quotation preparation.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Ensure proper handover and completion documentation of each project.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the company to support efficient project operations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or related field**.
- Strong understanding of project workflow, site management, and quality control.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and lead small site teams when required.
- **Physically fit** and willing to travel between project sites.
- Proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English** (Mandarin is an advantage).

**Salary Range**

**RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month** (based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 49 per week
