**Responsibilities**:

- Plan ahead in quarterly events calendar that includes meeting, training, staff gathering, company annual dinner, festive celebrations and outing activities such as team bonding, convoy and trips.
- Present to management on the ideas and budget for events that planned.
- Ensure smooth executions of events that from preparation, monitoring and post event management. (Willingness to travel in the Johor Bahru area is required).
- Liaise with external vendors that includes source for quotations and work closely with internal staff.
- Others related duties within your scope that assigned by your immediate superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or any related field.
- Preferred to have at least more than 2 years of related working experience particularly in online live activities and event management.
- Familiar with Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
- Good in teamwork, confident and with creative and positive personality.
