Personal Assistant

We're looking for a **driven Personal Assistant** who must be able to fluently communicate in **Mandarin and Bahasa,** to support our executive leadership and be an integral part of our fast-moving, multicultural team.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Executive Support & Daily Operations**
- Own and manage the executive’s calendar - schedule meetings, plan ahead, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, reminders, and reports with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Coordinate communications, filter priorities, and act as the right hand to the executive in both professional and personal matters.
**Communication & Language Expertise**
- Act as the **bridge of communication** between stakeholders across regions.
- Confidently handle client communications and internal messages across departments.
**Travel, Event & Logistics**
- Arrange transportation support if external meetings are involved.
- Keep everything on track so the executive can focus on growth and strategy.
**Project Coordination & Problem Solving**
- Help track timelines, projects, and deliverables across departments.
- Be proactive in identifying issues and offering solutions - **your voice matters** here.
- Handle special assignments and tasks that require flexibility, quick thinking, and execution.

**Experience & Skills**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Communications, or related fields.
- **2-3 years’ experience** in a PA, admin, or operations role.
- Meticulous, responsive, and calm under pressure.
- Tech-savvy - able to use Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
- A self-starter with strong time management and **a get-things-done mindset**.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
