Operation Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and internal processes
- Prepare and handle documentation such as delivery orders, and reports
- Monitor and update inventory or stock records
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners when necessary
- Support operations team in planning, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Handle general administrative duties and data entry
- Ensure proper filing and organization of operational records
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of working experience in operations or administrative support
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and operations workflow
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Chinese is an advantage)
- Possess driving license is a plus (job involves outdoor tasks or logistics support)
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
