**Job Scope**
- Grow revenue and maintain strong relationships with the existing customer base.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to customers.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and pricing with customers.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining close contact with all customers, including follow-up on shipment status or other issues.
- Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

**Job Requirement**
- Language(s) needed: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing abilities.
- Capable of working with little supervision and under pressure
- A junior executive with a focus on customer service, or an indoor sales position.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
