- At least 1 years in working experience.

- Valid License B2, D
**Responsibilities**

1. Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

2. Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counselling.

3. Advise patients and their families on nutritional principles, dietary plans, diet modifications, and food selection and preparation.

4. Counsel individuals and groups on basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits, and nutrition monitoring to improve their quality of life.

5. Consult with physicians and health care personnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of patient or client.

6. Prepare staff weekly duty roster and payroll by monthly cutoff date and submit to Manager for approval.

7. Managing pre-shift briefings and OJT as required.

8. Maintain good filing system of all documents.

9. Undertake visual food safety and Health & Safety checks; ensure all accidents are recorded and reported.

10. Ensure the cleanliness, 5S of working area are always practiced and complied with food safety requirement.

11. Perform other related duties as requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
