**Job Function**: Project Manager

- Job Scope:

- Ensure low attrition rate, members development are achieved.
- Ensure the project delivery on par of expectation. Resolve all the obstacle arise and obtain good project rating from project side.
- Build and maintain good relationship with project side to improve business continuity.
- Assist in Japan Delivery Unit for team improvement activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project management on Program and Functional Testing, System Testing and deployment of product within scheduled timeframe.
- Liaise with Business Unit or client on project schedule plan; project SOW, Resource plan, QMS document.
- Responsible for task planning and execute to the software team. Supervision and monitoring software team in accordance with the project planning.
- Report project progress status to Senior Manager / Project stakeholders.
- Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a group or function.
- Responsible for project implementation, risk management and quality assurance.
- Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and working with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workers.
- ** Requirement**:

- Experience:

- 3+ years proven experience managing and leading a team with a focus on servant leadership.
- Skill:

- OS platform(Windows, Linux, Unix), Azure, AWS, etc.
- Project management experience in Software development.
- Project Costing, Scheduling & Sourcing.
- Root caused analysis skill.
- Analysis Tools
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall methodology, Agile/Scrum
- Powerpoint, Excel, Words and etc.
- Certification: PMP, ITIL, Agile, Prince2, etc.
- Others:

- Good in communication, documentation and reporting.
- People management skill.
- Experience with technology and integration in the software domain.
- Demonstrated experience up-levelling engineering practices on a team.
- Experience working with International partners; have the ability to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment.
- Excellent work organization, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective collaborator experienced in building technical partnerships across teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization.
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Benefit**:

- 1 month contractual bonus
- 0.5 month performance bonus

- Vision benefits: RM500.00 max for 2 year once ( pay and claim )
- For parking, Company subsidy RM100 if the total parking charges above RM200 per month with receipt (pay & claim basis).
