Restaurant Manager

**Cost Management** - Oversee expenses, including maintenance, utilities, manpower, and purchases, to ensure they align with the budget.
- **Petty Cash Management** - Allocate and monitor petty cash for each outlet to ensure appropriate usage.
- **Manpower Planning** - Strategically relocate staff across outlets based on business needs.
- **Stock & Quality Control** - Audit stock levels, inspect incoming ingredients, and maintain consistent food and beverage quality.
- **Outlet Cleanliness & Maintenance** - Ensure hygiene standards, inspect staff personal hygiene, and maintain equipment and electrical fittings.
- **Training & Staff Development** - Conduct SOP briefings, train new and existing employees, and communicate company updates.
- **Customer Service Excellence** - Address customer complaints, explain company policies, and provide compensation when necessary.
- **Administrative & Scheduling** - Maintain accurate records (sales, attendance, incident reports) and publish work schedules at least two weeks in advance.
- **Industrial Relations** - Manage disciplinary issues, mediate staff conflicts, and enforce company policies fairly.
- **Communication & Liaison** - Serve as the bridge between outlets and the company for recruitment, reporting, and administrative updates.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
