Job Responsibility -Set up the assembly/packing equipment and supplies before executing the job orders. -Provide assistance/training to operators in their assigned responsibilities. -Ensure the equipments are maintained in good and safe working condition. -Work under the guidance of Packing Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner. -Follow safety procedures and company policies for Packing Operations. -Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety. -Identify and report unsafe operations to Packing Supervisor immediately. -Plan & organized leader & operators to carry out the stock quickly with accurate results. -Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized. Job Requirements -Assembly and Packing process, knowledge of raw materials, line balancing, quality control, and other techniques. -Knowledge of Vision Sensor Setting (IMI), repair and maintenance. -Knowledge of principles and methods for training, coaching, and instruction for individual /group. -Job requires, analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems. -Ability to work in fast-paced, high speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practice in a continuous improvement environment.

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
