**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts**:

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts (AP/AR).
- Maintain financial records and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with payroll processing (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
- Prepare basic financial reports.
- Support tax filings (SST, Income Tax).

**Admin**:

- Manage office supplies and maintenance.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and filing.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Perform data entry and maintain records.
- Assist with HR-related admin (leave, claims).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
- Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia and English).
- Familiarity with Malaysian accounting practices and regulations.

**Education**

Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
