The Opportunity

The Responsibilities
- Loves the HR field and industry and how it enhances the life of organisations, the industry and people
- Able to handle facing customers face to face and to manage expectations
- Willing to learn Malaysian Payroll compliances and regional APAC statutory requirements
- Able to manage complexities of business processes and document them in English with great clarity and simplicity
- Able to communicate and persuade organisations on the best practices of HR
- Able to handle business requirements, document business requirements and translate them into a well defined solutions document
- Assist in project coordination and project management
- Configure world class HRMS solutions to suit customer requirements.
- Coordinate data migration and to perform systems testing
- Handle operational HR as well as strategic HR (Core HR, Leave, Claims, Mobility, Chat Bots, Payroll, Performance Management, Succession Planning, E Learning, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment)

The Requirements
- Loves HRMS
- Loves People
- Loves to communicate in word and speech
- Communicates well in the English language
- Has 2 years at least of HRMS implementation experience
- Willing to learn
- Willing to join a small organisation on its way to great growth both regionally as well as internationally
- Able to handled multiple HRMS at the same time. Different customers may have different tier 1 systems to be implemented while some customers may have a combination of products together.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HRIS: 1 year (preferred)
- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
- Functional Consulting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
