**Job Summary**:
The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) is seeking a versatile and customer-focused Service Crew cum Cashier Staff member to join our cafeteria team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse student body, ranging from elementary school to high school. We are looking for individuals with a background in F&B, strong multitasking abilities, and patience when interacting with children.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:Greet and serve students, faculty, and staff with a friendly and positive attitude.
Assist customers in making menu selections and provide information about items, including allergen information.
Ensure a pleasant and welcoming dining experience for all patrons.

**Cash Handling**:Accurately handle cash transactions, including taking food orders, processing payments, and giving change.
Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
Reconcile sales at the end of each shift and report discrepancies to the Café Manager.

**Food and Beverage Preparation**:Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
Ensure that orders are delivered promptly and accurately.

**Cleaning and Maintenance**:Keep the cafeteria area clean and well-organized at all times.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the cafeteria.

**Compliance and Safety**:Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe dining environment.
Follow health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals.
Report any safety concerns or incidents to the Café Manager.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth cafeteria operations.
Communicate efficiently with team members and superiors to relay customer feedback and address operational issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Patience and a positive demeanor when dealing with students and children.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Flexibility in work hours, including the ability to work during school hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
