We’re seeking an **Administrative Assistant** with a diverse skill set to join our team and handle a range of responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Conduct price surveys, manage purchasing, and maintain well-organized transaction records.
- **Contract Oversight**: Supervise contract work, ensuring adherence to agreements and timely completion of tasks.
- **Furniture Procurement**: Evaluate needs for office and sub-let spaces, source and recommend suitable furniture, and oversee purchasing, delivery, and setup.
- **Advertising & Promotion**: Develop and manage advertisements for sub-let offices and property listings on various online platforms, organize and conduct property viewings.
- **Tenant Interaction**: Communicate with potential tenants, answer inquiries, conduct viewings, and manage tenancy agreements and related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and creating compelling content.
- Genuine interest in property management.
- Ability to efficiently manage purchasing, contract supervision, and property marketing.
