HR Coordinator

**Key Roles**:
1. Assist in identifying training needs and implementing training plans and schedules.
2. Maintain and update training records and documentation.
3. Coordinate and support induction and orientation programs for new employees.
4. Coordinate with external training providers and ensure training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation.
5. Assist in the apprenticeship and management trainee programme.
6. Oversees on the job training of new employees.
7. To consolidate all training programmers from various divisions and prepare a yearly training schedule.
8. Upkeep of training documentation and procedures, i.e., approval obtained, submission of reports after the training.
10. Monitor the achievement of training objectives.
11. To perform and provide support in the day to day general HR and office administration functions.
12.To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Familiarity with training methods (workshops, on job training)
- Ability to conduct training/ Induction for Rank & File level.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to filling all documents systematic.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good personality, passionate about work, practical, hardworking
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
