1. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and age-appropriate Bahasa Melayu lessons that align with the national primary curriculum standards.
- Focus on developing the four core language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, appropriate for each year level.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods (e.g., songs, games, storytelling, and role-play) to make learning BM fun and accessible for primary students.
- Assess student performance regularly through classwork, quizzes, and formal assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Manage a dynamic primary classroom environment, ensuring discipline and student engagement.
- Collaborate with other primary teachers and the Head of Department to ensure curriculum continuity and holistic student development.
- Communicate proactively with parents regarding their child's language progress and any areas for support.
- Contribute to primary school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.

2. Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Bahasa Melayu Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching Bahasa Melayu to primary school students (Year 1-6) is highly preferred.
- Deep passion for teaching young children and proven ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken) is essential.
- Knowledge of standard primary teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.
- Must be patient, energetic, flexible, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- A Malaysian citizen or holding valid work authorization.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
