**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payment Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Asian fintech ecosystem. In this role, you will drive strategic growth, cultivate partnerships, and expand our payment solutions across the region. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of our payment strategies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Strategic Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local fintech markets across Asia.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s payment solutions footprint in the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.

Partnership Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with payment providers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies in Asia.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborations to drive mutual growth.
- Ensure all initiatives are compliant with local regulations.

Sales and Revenue Growth**:

- Drive revenue by adding new payment solutions to our portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and tailor solutions for target markets.
- **
Product Development Support**:

- Provide market insights and feedback to the product team to enhance and localize payment solutions.
- Support the launch of new products and services tailored to regional needs.
- **
Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of the Asian fintech ecosystem, identifying market shares, opportunities, and challenges.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Experience**:

- A minimum of 5+ years in business development, sales, product management, or partnerships within the payments or fintech industry, with a focus on the Asian market.
- ** Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of payment systems and regulatory frameworks in Asia.
- ** Network**:

- Established connections with key players in the Asian fintech ecosystem, including payment providers, financial institutions, regulators, and technology providers.
- ** Skills**:
