**Working Hour**: Fixed shift (9.00 am - 5.30 pm) Monday - Saturday

**Location**: Menara Centara, Kuala Lumpur

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work overtime depending on necessity
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
- Basic knowledge of computer
- Having experience in the related field is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high stress environment, and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Highly responsible, and detail-oriented person
- Fresh graduates are welcomed

**Responsibilities**:

- Process e-commerce orders including preparing Airwaybill for shipment, picking, packing and printing. (Tiktok & Shopee)
- Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods for outbound shipment and delivery.
- Ensure all outbound shipments are shipped on time, recorded, and signed during delivery.
- Performed quality control to ensure shipment of quality products.
- Ensure enough packing materials and notify when require replenishment.
- Track inventory, and maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Perform Internal stock transfer.
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
- Optimize warehouse and order processing workflow.
- Assist in any other task as and when assigned.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
