Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Petaling Jaya
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and accurately.
- Provide product or service information to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team KPIs for response time, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Support other team members and participate in training when required.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies and standard operating procedures.
**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:
- Applicant are required to have at least a qualification in SPM or above.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
- Willing to work based in Petaling Jaya.
- Have no issues with working in on 7am-3am rotational shift basis (9 hours shift),with 5 days a week (2 rotational offdays).
**Benefit**:
- RM2,800 basic salary +Up to RM400 Night Shift+ up to RM500 KPI allowance

- Annual Leave + Medical Leave
- Easily accessible by public transport (LRT)
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
