AirAsia X is looking for **Flight Operations Admin Executive (6 months contract).**

**Functional Responsibilities & Duties**
- Updating and checking pilot allowance reports
- Pilot Allowance Rate Revision:

- Pilot MC/ SL/ EL and AL Tracking:

- Verifying Air Navigation Charge Invoices and Submission for approvals
- Pilot and Cabin Crew Accommodation/ Transportations Charge Invoices
- Assist in Checking Payment Status for Air Navigation Charge
- Cross Check Pilot Active Listing
- Ensure Standard Block Hours are updated in AIMS for New and Existing Routes
- Raise EPR via ORACLE (Pilot and Cabin Crew)
- To approve invoice via Esker
- US Visa Pilot/cabin crew Claim

**Minimum working experience**:

- Fresh graduates with a Diploma/ Degree in any field
- A good performance team player.
- Broad knowledge of crew operations, allowances, claims, systems and understanding on aviation policies and regulations.
- Able to start work immediately.
