Works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- To prepare Quotation, D.O and Invoice for customer as per instruction from superior
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Coordination between Sales and Production department.
- Work closely with production planner to ensure customer order delivery dates are met.
- Preparation of material samples when requested by customer and assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Upon receive Purchase Order from customer, coordinate with production planner in order to feedback the delivery order schedule to customer.
- Preparation of delivery of products to customer or coordinate with sales personnel to collect part from customer.
- To comply with the requirement of the documented Quality Management System.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:

- manufacturing line or related position: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
