Internship for Technician

**Allowance**: RM800/month
- **Working Days**: Mon-Fri (Sat if special tasks)
- **Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Reports Required (Templates Provided)**:

- **Daily**: Attendance, tasks, issues/complaints, payments collected
- **Weekly**: Facility bookings, inspections, pending vendor work, procurement
- **Monthly**: Building, operations, and finance summaries

**Technical Support Intern Duties**:

- Inspect and address daily complaints promptly.
- Handle minor repairs; ensure contractors complete major work.
- Monitor M&E facilities, lifts, pumps, and equipment.
- Label switches, fuses, and keys; maintain records.
- Prevent unauthorized renovations or wiring.
- Track spare parts, tools, and utility usage.
- Supervise contractors and ensure work aligns with job scope.
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure efficient execution of work and service contracts.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuchai Lama: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)
