**ALHUMAIRA BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT, SETIA ALAM (PART TIME)**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked boutique.
- Maintain outstanding boutique condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Able to ascertain customers’ wants and needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Accurately describe product features.
- Manage point-of-sale processes.
- Work to achieve boutique monthly target.
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
- Must complies with company outlined safety policies and procedures, as well as the Shopping mall and government’s regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP).

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of experience in similar industry or any retails experience.
- Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers.
- Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays), during peak season and for any ad hoc issues.
- Good attitude and discipline, punctual, hardworking, trustworthy.
