Required skill(s): social media experience (Facebook, Intagram, TikTok), creative content writing, social media trend, customer service skill, analytics skill, problem solving, etc. Competency in Ms.Office, Ms.Excel, etc. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1 year related experience is an added advantage. Be creative, supportive, proactive and spontaneous with open and optimistic personality. *Tasks & responsibilities* Responsible for developing social media content that is consistent with the company’s brand identity. Create consistent, creative and relevant content on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc, from time to time. Write and edit social media post captions to improve customer engagement. Promote social media campaigns by using relevant platforms in order to enhance brand awareness. Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) includes planning and scheduling posts, interacting with followers, answering queries, and keeping up with current trends. Propose suggestions and recommendations to improve and adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
