**Qualification**:

**Skills / Training**:
a) Knowledge in payroll software system - Info Tech

e) Administration experience with exposure dealing with queries, problem solving and ad-hoc projects

**Job Descriptions**:
a) In-charge of the monthly salary computation and salary report generation.

b) Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirements and monthly payment submission.

c) Formulate and review HR policies and SOP.

d) Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are complying.

e) Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

f) Monitoring and development of department accountabilities and ensuring job descriptions are aligned to each role.

g) Administer employee benefits programs and welfare activities which include Group Hospitalization Insurance Policy, Preparations of HR & Administration Department correspondences that includes Appointment Letter, Confirmation / Extension Letter, Transfer, Promotion, Termination & Acceptance of Resignation.

h) Manage recruitment and assessment on placement and assist in the conduct of induction programs.

i) Recruitment advertisement arrangements via social media or online job platform.

j) Coordinate and monitor employee training and development programs.

k) Lead performance management and appraisal processes.

l) Assist in managing all compensation and benefits matters.

m) Provide insight and stay up to date on relevant industry trends and employment legislations to ensure organization compliance.

n) Oversee the HR & Admin Department day-to-day operations and supervise subordinate.

o) Monthly HR & Admin Meeting reports and reports requested by the Senior Management.

p) Handle on staff disciplinary issue, Domestic Inquiry, IR matter.

q) Assisting with employee disputes and performance reviews as and when required.

s) Ad-hoc activities or jobs from the Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
