**Summary**

An IT specialist provides technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of an organization's computer systems and networks. Their responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, maintaining IT infrastructure, and providing support to end-users.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to hardware, software, and networks.
- **Installation and Configuration**: Setting up new computer systems, software, and network equipment.
- **Maintenance and Support**: Performing routine maintenance on hardware and software, and providing ongoing support to users.
- **System Administration**: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access to systems and data.
- **IT Infrastructure Management**: Ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- **Documentation**: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

**Skills Required**:

- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
- **Troubleshooting Skills**: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
- **Language Skills**: Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
