Telesales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Speak to global customers on the phone every day.
- Set up an appointment for sales consultant to speak to your contacts.
- Follow up on digital leads and articulate the technical solution to identify potential prospects
- Talk about the world's leading technology from the worlds leading tech companies
- Prepare EOD Daily Call reports
- Call lists provided for you daily
- Regular sales training and technology training
- Work with one on the most exciting tech news and digital content creators in Malaysia

**What do we need from you**:

- Fluent in English and Malay
- Experience as an inside sales and IT knowledge is an advantage
- Must be computer savvy and efficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Self-motivated and minimum supervision needed.
- Must be proactive, enthusiastic and fast learner
- Keen to achieve targets to maximize your commission.
