This role is ideal for an individual who has a passion for enterprise/ operations risk management and is looking to further develop their risk career in a supportive, and high-performing team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Service and Operations but working closely with the Compliance Manager you will champion continuous improvements and ensure a high level of quality and control.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in enterprise or operations risk management and/ or business improvement, preferably from a multi-national or finance/ banking environment. You are confident in utilising your analytical and problem-solving mindset, to identify and drive creative and pragmatic solutions and improvements.

**Essential Requirements**
- Strong practical knowledge of risk frameworks and experience in undertaking risk management and/or compliance activities in a complex organisation.
- High level knowledge of financial services, law and regulations
- Superior skills, developing, implementing, and maintaining risk and compliance processes
- Experience preparing compliance and risk related reports as required
- Strong monitoring and investigation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate and build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail, initiative and the capacity to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ practical experience in the risk and compliance space (Fintech Experience highly regarded)
- Relevant degree or experience in either law, accounting, business or similar
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong administration and multi-tasking skills
