Baker (Beard Papa's Ss15)

Beard Papa’s, the world-renowned Japanese cream puff brand, is expanding its operations in Malaysia We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Baker to manage our Central Kitchen operations**, ensuring consistent product quality, efficiency, and food safety standards across all outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily production of Beard Papa’s signature cream puffs and related pastry items.
- Manage central kitchen operations including production planning, quality control, inventory management, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all batches.
- Work closely with outlet teams to fulfil daily and bulk order requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials usage and wastage.
- Implement and uphold HACCP and food safety standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or in a pastry production environment, preferably in a central kitchen setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food production equipment and baking processes.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product consistency.
- Passionate about pastry and eager to contribute to a premium brand.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
