_**RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Brings to the attention of management, problems which affect the manufacturing / quality of the area for which responsible.
- Maintain a consistent leadership role to insure the effective use of manufacturing employees and machinery within their department.
- Completes all assignments in a timely manner and procedures are followed.
- Meets manufacturing schedules on delivery requirements.
- Lead and supervise manufacturing employees, providing guidance, support and training as necessary.
- Assigns work by using the Dispatch list or verbal instructions from the superior.
- Gives the superior regarding notice on shortages.
- Expedites hot jobs.
- Responsible for quality assurance.
- Assist in corrective action.
- Ensures jobs are welded as efficiently as possible.
- Keeps track of each employee’s efficiency.
- Turn in efficiency reports into the Manufacturing Engineer every week.
- Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior.
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- Demonstrate good hand and eye coordination.
- Excellent blue-print reading abilities and welding capabilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Understand specific work order flow.
- Work in a shop environment with a medium level noise and metal dust particles.
- Expert in the use of all machinery and tolls used in Welding.
- Manufacturing Work Instructions and processes.
- Diploma, High School Education or equivalent.
- Experience in: Hardware, Spot welding, Welding, Assembly, Painting and Machining.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,300.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
