Job Description:

- Performs testing on biological indicators for product sterilization. Identifies test parameters and verifies completeness of sterilization records. Implements remedial action if needed.
- Perform test method validation for microbiology and environmental testing. Perform microbiology related validation for sterilization. Prepare reports and relevant documentations.
- Submits parts and products for relevant microbiology and biocompatibility testing; both in-house and vendor tests. Manages vendor relationships, selects vendors or assigns in-house test.
- Updates procedures and cross trains co-workers as required.
- Performs bacterial endotoxin test on parts and product.
- Performs microbial assays and microbial identifications.
- Operates all laboratory equipment and instrumentation associated with clean-room environmental monitoring.
- Prepares various growth promotion and assures sterility, pH and performance characteristics of media.
- Reviews laboratory reports, procedures, proposes engineering changes, specifications and prints, instrumentation charts and records and other documentation for appropriateness and accuracy. Maintains record and documentation files.
- Develops and implements internal procedures and revised procedures to enhance effectiveness and precision.
- Takes action to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of problems. Interfaces with supervision as appropriate.
- Utilizes knowledge of microbiology, sterilization, and clean-room environment knowledge to assists engineering in product qualification.
- Experience for ISO13485:2016

We are looking for:

- Open for entry level to 2 years of relevant working experience, exposure in manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Those without the academic qualifications but with relevant experience or with relevant academic qualifications but without relevant experience will also be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
