**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **1. Government Relations**:_
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, ministries, and regulatory bodies, including the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), and immigration departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government inquiries and initiatives related to college operations.
- **2. Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance**:_
- Ensure that the college complies with all government regulations and policies, including accreditation requirements, and permits.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the College’s quality assurance framework in alignment with guidelines from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards for programmes, courses, and institutional processes.
- Manage the preparation and submission of documents for audits, certifications, and accreditations.
- **3. Collaboration and Networking**:_
- Coordinate joint programmes or initiatives between the college and government agencies, such as grants, scholarships, and etc.
- Network with other institutions and organizations to share best practices and promote the college's reputation.
- **4. Documentation and Reporting**:_
- Prepare and submit reports, programme, proposals, and compliance documentation required by government authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of all government-related communications and agreements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, education management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian government structures, policies, and regulatory requirements for higher education institutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or a related role including experience dealing with MQA and JPT.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze policy changes and their potential impact on the college.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Experience in preparing and managing official documents, reports, and proposals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
