Job Responsibility

2. Go to person for SAP PP, QM & PM modules during every new Project / Rollout and Support (during Malaysia business hours) 8. Perform as L1 Support & escalation Point of contact for any Production issues in SAP PP, QM, PM & Manufacturing related interfaces.

3. Configure and maintain all the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Quality Management & Knowledge on SAP Plant Maintenance (including documentations)

4. Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and Business requirement and propose the business solution by understanding the existing landscape for the Incident and Change Request.

5. Support business users for user training, UAT, prepare Test scripts 6. Support business to Extract, Transform and Cleanse data objects whenever required.

7. Create and manage SAP Operational tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required gap analysis on existing solution, end-to end process design, testing strategy, training, etc.

8. Perform as L1 Support & escalation Point of contact for any Production issues in SAP PP, QM, PM & Manufacturing related interfaces

9. Create Proposed solutions, functional specifications for CR (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development team to write the technical specifications and develop those RICEFW objects.

10. Coordinate with the global team on all changes SAP PP/QM and related Interfaces

11. Works globally to provide detailed analysis of potential system changes, develops/supports agreed solutions working with various IT teams and Business Stakeholders, tests system changes to ensure a validated state.

Job Requirements

Degree in Engineering / Information Technology and any equivalent field of study

Minimum 12 years handson experience in SAP PP, SAP QM & SAP PM

- Material Master - PP/QM/PM - Discrete manufacturing setup

2. Variant configuration (SBOM), EBOM, MBOM

3. Engineering Change Management

4. Material Forecast, Planned Independent Requirement & Customer Independent Requirement, SOP & LTP, MPS.

5. Configuration Simulation.

6. MRP (with MTO, MTS & ETO strategies) Planned order and Production Order execution & control.

7. Serial Number & Batch.

8. Product Cost planning

9. Interfaces, AL11 Directory

10. Quality Planning, Inspection, Notification, Control and Reports

11. Equipment masters, Maintenance orders, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance repair orders, Preventive maintenance,

**Salary**: RM13,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
