Junior HR Executive

**What you will do in this role**:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and Admin duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee leaves and attendance records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendances, leaves, etc)
- Maintain and update management reports
- Communicate with local authorities when needed
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Manage and follow up on the entire on boarding program
- Provide support to administrative tasks
**What you will need in this role**:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Hands-on experience with HRMS
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Excellent organisational skills & Strong communications skills
