**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conduct inspections on properties under various conditions to ensure compliance, identifying both internal and external defects.:

- Perform thorough building inspections and surveys.
- Prepare comprehensive Building Condition Assessment reports.
- Evaluate all aspects of a property, diligently seeking out defects.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues throughout the inspection process.
- Generate detailed reports and provide recommendations as necessary.
- Identify defects and offer advice on remedial actions and recommendations to clients.
- Available to travel to any designated location as required.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying or relevant field, or equivalent Professional Certificates.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in CPBS101, CIS 7:2021, and MS Office.
- Own transportation with a valid driving license (B/B2 or D).
- Working in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, with flexibility to cover other areas if needed. Office visits required if needed.
- Willingness to travel for outstation assignments.
- Demonstrated dedication, eagerness to learn, responsibility, discipline, positive attitude, and punctuality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Quick learner, dedicated, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to thrive under high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
