Umrah and Outbound Sales

**Job Title: Umrah & Outbound Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **Umrah packages** and outbound travel packages to individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with **potential and existing customers** to ensure repeat business.
- Identify **new business opportunities**, including partnerships with mosques, religious organizations, corporate clients, and travel agents.
- Attend **MATTA Fair, travel exhibitions, and promotional events** to generate leads and increase sales.
- Provide **consultation and guidance** to clients regarding package details, visa requirements, accommodation, and travel itinerary.

**Marketing & Promotion**
- Develop and execute **marketing strategies** to attract new customers, including **social media campaigns, digital advertising, and offline promotions**.
- Manage and update the company’s website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with influencers, religious figures, and community leaders to promote packages.
- Track and analyze **sales and marketing performance** to improve future strategies.

**Customer Service & Operations Support**
- Assist customers with **inquiries, bookings, and after-sales support**.
- Ensure smooth coordination of **Umrah visa processing, flight tickets, and accommodation arrangements**.
- Address any customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in sales, marketing, or travel-related industry (Umrah/Outbound travel experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of **Umrah travel procedures, visa processing, and outbound tour operations**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and customer service skills**.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel for business meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, social media marketing, and CRM systems**.
- Fluency in **Bahasa Malaysia & English** (Arabic is a plus).
