Global Services Solution Sales

The Solution Sales of Global Services will focus on clients and sales in an effort to consult and sell all renewal support services and Project Services including multiyear and coterminous renewals and capture takeover business. A key area of responsibility is to support the pursuit and closure of a Carrier Access, Inc. sale emphasizing the value of services. This includes but is not limited to quoting renewals, and handling new maintenance service sales request.
A Presales for Global Services role may involve the following responsibilities:
**What you’ll do**:
- Collaborate on sales strategies and coordinate quotes and sales opportunities with Sales teams in effort to drive Renewal Rate
- Consulting with sales team, providing renewal quotes, overcoming objections and adjusting proposal as required to ensure best solution is presented to the client
- Close deals, and actively participate in strategically important transactions with customers. Track and provide status updates on all open opportunities
- Proactively communicate with existing clients to renew their existing service and potential to increase sales of organization’s support renewal and/or services.
- Sell annuity-based (Microsoft Azure, On-premise Microsoft Services) and one-time projects (Azure and MicroServices)
- Work with customer satisfaction on services contracts to find and develop new projects
- Drive ACR (Azure Consumed Revenue)
- Attend or perform presentation to conferences, webinars, or any other similar event if needed.
- Deliver reports and updates on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights
- Preparing contracts and negotiating terms & conditions
- Perform continuous self-improvement and raise qualifications
**About you**:
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- 4+ years experience in a similar role or Services Sales role
- Experience cultivating and developing relationships with clients
- Proven track of record in completing and/or coordinating sales cycle processes (pre-sales, sales, aftersales)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Microsoft Azure or Managed Services Sales experience will be a plus
- Bachelor’s or\and master’s degree in computer science, business management or a related field
