**Responsibilities**:

Develop and maintain a filing system.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Arrange all company postage and courier requests.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Maintain contact lists.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and complete given tasks from seniors.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant and able to handle lots of paperwork, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
Able to adapt easily and can be a team player committed to the given task.
Willing and eager to learn new skills to enhance work performance.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Good time management skills, punctual and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Strong English language command will be advantageous.
