**Job Overview**

We are looking for a highly motivated **B2B Sales Advisor & Digital Marketing Specialist** fluent in Japanese to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will engage in outbound B2B sales efforts and leverage your digital marketing expertise to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Sales and Lead Generation**: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, telesales, and other outbound strategies to build B2B relationships and generate leads.
- **Digital Marketing Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other tools to enhance web traffic and engagement.
- **Client Consultation**: Provide insights and solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on maximizing digital reach and sales opportunities.
- **Sales KPI Tracking**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to support business growth.
- **Campaign Analytics**: Utilize web traffic analytics and other performance metrics to assess and refine campaigns, ensuring optimal results.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing techniques to maintain competitive advantage.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in B2B sales (outbound sales, telesales, cold calling, or lead generation) and digital marketing, with experience in ad optimization and analytics.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is essential.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and web analytics.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary**: RM 9,800 basic plus performance-based Sales KPI bonus.
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (supporting country hours; no rotational shifts).
- **Target Start Date**: December 4, 2024
